Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Riyadh. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and preparing reports. The role includes ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, optimizing financial processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will work closely with executive leadership to drive financial efficiency and sustainability within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting to guide decision-making
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Accounting Practices
• Proficiency in Financial Software and tools along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Exp. more than 10 years.
• Saudi Nationality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification like CPA/CFA is an advantage)
• Prior experience in a similar financial management role, including knowledge of local financial regulations
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
