Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Manager to join our Overseas Operations Support Center. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with regional financial institution partners, supporting financing solutions for customers, overseeing financing operations, and building a high-performing local financing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial institutions, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in international business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Institution Partnership Management

  • Maintain regular communication and conduct on-site visits with regional partner financial institutions.
  • Perform annual reviews and comprehensive evaluations of financial partners based on business performance, cooperation effectiveness, risk considerations, and strategic alignment.
  • Provide recommendations regarding future partnership development and optimization.

Business Support & Risk Assessment:

  • Collaborate closely with regional business teams and participate in opportunity review processes.
  • Monitor and verify LTC opportunity progress.
  • Assess customer financing needs, business backgrounds, and potential risk factors.
  • Support the design and implementation of tripartite financing solutions involving customers, financial institutions, and the company.

Financing Operations Management:

  • Manage and oversee all tripartite financing applications within the order management system.
  • Ensure financing documentation and submission packages comply with partner financial institution requirements.
  • Track application progress and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals.

Loan Disbursement & Settlement:

  • Follow up on loan disbursement requirements and documentation requests from third-party financial institutions.
  • Collect and maintain disbursement records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely fund settlement following loan release.

Team Leadership:

  • Establish, recruit, and develop the local financing team.
  • Lead training, performance management, and day-to-day operations.
  • Drive team effectiveness and ensure achievement of business objectives and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within financial institutions.
  • Experience related to the construction machinery, equipment financing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across business teams and external financial partners.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English or Chinese and English, with the ability to use either language as a working language.
