About The Role
Experience Required - Minimum 4 years (Brokerage Industry)
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SCA Licensed Relationship Manager to join a leading financial services organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brokerage, trading, investments, or financial markets, with the ability to build and manage client relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and institutional clients.
- Promote investment, brokerage, trading, and wealth management solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
- Provide financial market insights and investment guidance.
- Ensure compliance with SCA regulations and company policies.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective client management.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Brokerage Industry.
- Valid SCA License is mandatory.
- Experience in Financial Services, Trading, Crypto, or Investment sectors.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Candidates should have their own client database/network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic or English and French is mandatory.
