Senior Manager / Director – Financial Modeling & Delivery (PPP / JV Projects)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager / Director to lead the delivery of a critical financial modeling workstream within a strategic PPP/JV infrastructure program.
This role owns the end-to-end development of a decision-ready financial and investment model and acts as the single point of accountability for delivery quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of an integrated financial model (revenue, cost, investment case)
- Build and validate NPV, IRR, DCF-based investment models
- Ensure scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and full assumption traceability
- Manage and review outputs from a small delivery team
- Translate operating models into PPP/JV financial and commercial structures
- Support revenue sharing, cost allocation, and ownership structuring
- Engage senior stakeholders across public and private sectors
- Lead workshops and present executive-level outputs
- Establish governance, QA processes, and audit-ready documentation
Requirements
- 10-15+ years in financial modeling, transaction advisory, or infrastructure/PPP projects
- Strong experience in Excel-based, dynamic, scenario-driven models
- Proven delivery of large-scale investment or bid models
- Background in PPP, JV, or government-linked infrastructure projects strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX, DCF, and multi-stream revenue models
- Ability to operate both hands-on and in a leadership capacity
