We are seeking an experienced Financial Modelling Manager to join a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will develop and maintain dynamic workforce and budget planning models, enabling leadership and HR teams to evaluate workforce intervention scenarios, forecast financial impacts, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced financial models in Excel for workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analysis models to assess various workforce strategies
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and business case assessments
- Transform complex datasets into user-friendly financial tools and dashboards
- Partner with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights
- Present findings, recommendations, and financial implications to leadership teams
- Ensure model accuracy, validation, documentation, and governance standards are maintained
- Support budget tracking and workforce cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial modelling, FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, dynamic modelling, and automation.
- Proven experience in financial forecasting, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience working with large datasets and translating business requirements into financial models.
- Knowledge of workforce planning, budgeting, or HR cost management is highly preferred
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- Experience within government, public sector, or large transformation programs is advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and Englis
