Job Title: Financial Budget & Planning Director
Location: Sheraton (Head Office) with regular visits to 10th of Ramadan Manufacturing Facility

Job Purpose
Lead and oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and performance management functions to support strategic decision-making. Ensure strong financial governance for both the head office and the manufacturing plant, focusing on cost efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and business growth.
(This role is focused on Finance not Accounting.)
Key Responsibilities
1. Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Develop, manage, and monitor the annual budgeting cycle for head office and manufacturing facility.
- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare financial models to support strategic business decisions, new investments, and expansions.
2. Manufacturing Financial Performance
- Analyze production costs, BOM, overhead allocation, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate factory financial performance, including capacity utilization, productivity, and operating KPIs.
- Partner with plant managers to optimize cost structures and improve profitability.
3. Strategic Financial Advisory
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing decisions, product profitability, and CAPEX planning.
- Assess ROI on new projects, machinery, and facility upgrades.
4. Business Partnering
- Act as the financial business partner for operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams at the 10th of Ramadan site to ensure alignment of production and financial plans.
- Present monthly performance reviews to leadership.
5. Governance & Reporting
- Establish controls for effective budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Prepare clear monthly and quarterly financial dashboards and KPI reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and best practices.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (not accounting).
- Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- 12+ years of experience in financial planning & budgeting, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong background in home appliances or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.

- Advanced financial modelling and forecasting skills.
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work across multiple sites (Sheraton + 10th of Ramadan).
