Our client is a Property/Leasing sector company. They are now looking for an Financial Planning & Analysis to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analysing current and past financial data and performance.
- Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
- Establishing and evaluating functional budget plans.
- Providing financial models and forecasting.
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team and multifunctional team to review financial information and forecasts
Preference:
- Immediate Joiners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 5 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- ACCA / ICMA / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field.
- Solid experience with financial systems and processes.
