A well-known regional group—ranked among the top Abu Dhabi and the UAE's most innovative real estate development players—is hiring a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A Finance team in Abu Dhabi.

Role Description

This is a role for a Financial Planning Analyst located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Financial Planning Analyst will assist in analyzing financial data, analyzing financial performance.

Qualifications:

We're looking for a candidate with exceptional speed and accuracy in Excel, strong FP&A modelling skills.

Key requirements :

·        Proven FP&A experience within Real Estate Development Companies in the UAE (Mandatory)

·        Very strong and fast Excel skills, with FP&A Level (Mandatory)

The Candidate should be able to :

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Excel Modelling to evaluate data and develop actionable insights.
• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Forecasting to help manage and monitor the organisation's financial performance reports and variances reporting
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in financial software mainly D365.
