Our client is a leading publicly listed real estate developer in the UAE, recognized for delivering landmark residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. They are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A) to manage the organization's financial strategy through data-driven analysis, accurate forecasting, and strategic budget management. This role will support informed decision-making at the senior leadership level and partner closely with business stakeholders across the real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across developments and assets
- Deliver insightful financial analysis on project performance, profitability, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
- Monitor budget vs. actuals, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Support investment appraisals, feasibility studies, and strategic initiatives
- Partner with Development, Sales, Leasing, and Operations teams to drive financial performance.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably within real estate, development, or construction
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of real estate KPIs (NOI, IRR, NPV, cash flow)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
