Our client, a diversified Group with operations across multiple trading sectors, is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to help support strategic direction, ensure the integrity of financial forecasts, as the commercial finance partner.
This is not a traditional back-office finance role it's a business-facing and trusted role that combines technical and commercial expertise. The ideal candidate will be able to translate financial data into meaningful insights and compelling narratives to support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial insight to support decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support business growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely financial reporting
- Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to address business issues and drive improvements
- Clearly communicate financial risks and opportunities clearly to executive stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; recognised qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA)
- Minimum 7 years experience in senior finance roles, preferably within trading sectors
- Strong technical grounding with a solid understanding of IFRS and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in FP&A roles within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Confident working cross-functionally and influencing non-finance stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
