About the Role

Position: Manager FP&A

Location: Chennai

Expectations: Experience in team handling and EU FP&A The desired candidate must be a CA / CMA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, Financial reporting from a multinational manufacturing company. Team management and Oracle knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• FP&A, Reporting & Month-End Close
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end close activities.
• Accounting Standards & Compliance
• Exposure to GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP, statutory compliance, tax, and audit handling.
• ERP Systems & Automation
• Rate your experience in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), data tools, and automation (Excel, VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).
• Business Partnering & MNC Exposure
• Experience in working with business leaders, stakeholder management, and exposure to MNC/global environments.
• Team Management & Process Improvement
• Experience in team handling, process improvements, automation initiatives, and SOP standardization.

Qualifications

CA / ICWA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, Financial reporting from a multinational manufacturing company.
