We're looking for a resilient and strategic finance supervisor to turn numbers into actionable insights, overseeing a FP&A team to drive performance through financial strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Short to Medium term financial planning.
- Partner with business units to co-own performance, provide insights, and drive targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors
- Provide actionable recommendations not just reports.
- Act as custodian for financial master data and key control processes.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Drive the month-end close process across departments.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve business performance.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- 5+ years in strategic FP&A, Commercial Finance, or as a Finance Business Partner.
- Proven strategic mindset with ability to link finance to business objectives.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and translation of data into actions.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise.
- Fluency in English written & spoken.
- Utilities, engineering or electric power background is a plus.
