About the opportunity

A fast growing smart mobility and parking technology company in the UAE is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join its finance function. You will own the preparation and presentation of financial reporting for the Chairman and the executive leadership team, turning complex numbers into clear, decision ready insight.

Compensation

AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and KPI dashboards
• Analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances and highlighting risks and opportunities
• Present findings and recommendations directly to the Chairman and C suite in a clear, concise and commercial way
• Use AI and modern reporting tools to automate reporting, improve data quality and speed up insight generation
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting and strategic initiatives
• Partner with commercial, operations and leadership teams to provide financial context for key decisions
• Support budgeting cycles, board packs and investor or stakeholder reporting
• Strengthen reporting processes, controls and data integrity across the finance function

About you

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis or FP&A
• Strong working knowledge of AI enabled reporting and analytics tools, with a track record of applying them to improve reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, plus experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to build polished, persuasive board level materials
• Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to engage with the Chairman and senior executives
• Highly organised, detail focused and comfortable working to tight deadlines
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CFA, or progress towards them, are a plus
• Previous UAE experience is a plus
