Job Summary:
Obeikan Glass Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Head to lead the company's financial reporting activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in listed companies, consolidation reporting, and coordination with external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead the consolidation of financial statements across entities
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and financial reviews
- Analyze financial data and provide accurate reporting to management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Improve reporting processes and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial reporting
- Previous experience in listed companies is required
- Strong experience in consolidation reporting
- Experience dealing with external auditors
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred
