Our client an international fintech group, is seeking a Finance Reporting & Compliance Manager to lead group-wide financial control, consolidation, and daily reconciliation across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group-level financial consolidation and IFRS-aligned reporting.
- Oversee daily reconciliations, including banks, wallets and client funds.
- Manage month-end closing processes.
- Coordinate and review outsourced finance teams, local tax advisors, and assurance providers.
- Maintain audit readiness, compliance, and robust financial controls across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to management.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in financial controller, group finance, or senior accounting roles.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services is essential.
- Hands-on expertise in IFRS, consolidation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong experience with multi-entity, cross-border operations.
- Familiarity with UK/EU financial and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
- ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
