Role Focus
At Ektis, we partner with leading financial institutions, fintechs, and public-sector clients to solve their most critical challenges. As a Manager, you will take a leading role in shaping and delivering high-impact consulting engagements across these sectors. You will guide teams through complex problems, bring structure and clarity to ambiguity, and work closely with senior client stakeholders to co-create solutions that deliver meaningful, lasting impact.

You will take significant ownership of client relationships, workstreams, and outcomes while helping build an environment where people grow, perform, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and structure consulting engagements
- Shape engagement scopes, delivery plans and approaches in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Lead multiple workstreams, ensuring clarity of direction, quality of outputs and timely delivery.
- Translate ambiguous client challenges into structured problem statements and actionable solutions.
Drive insight, analysis and strategic recommendations
- Oversee analytical work including financial modelling, market assessments, operational diagnostics and customer journey analysis.
- Synthesize findings into coherent, compelling insights that influence senior stakeholders.
- Guide teams in building frameworks, tools and storylines that elevate client recommendations.
Build strong client relationships
- Work closely with senior client counterparts to steer decision-making and co-create solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder forums with confidence and presence.
- Build trust through consistent delivery, reliability and grounded judgement.
Guide, coach and develop teams
- Provide day-to-day coaching, feedback and direction to Associates, SBAs and BAs.
- Help junior team members develop independence, structure and client-readiness.
- Foster a positive, balanced and high-performance team culture.
Support business growth and firm building
- Contribute to proposal development, pitches and client conversations.
- Develop thought leadership, frameworks and internal knowledge assets.
- Play an active role in recruiting, mentoring and strengthening Ektis culture and ways of working.
Candidate Profile
Managers at Ektis combine structured problem-solving with empathy, leadership and strong communication. We look for individuals who can navigate complexity, inspire others and bring clarity and calm in fast-moving environments.
You Are a Strong Match If You
- Bring 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy or related transformation roles
- Have proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Are confident working with senior stakeholders and facilitating discussions
- Are skilled in synthesizing complex information into clear insights and storylines
- Can coach and guide junior colleagues to develop their capabilities
- Thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy shaping both client work and internal initiatives
- Are fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and structured problem-solving tools
