Job Description

The Financial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Supervisor will work closely with management to provide financial insights that support decision-making.

Requirements

Supervise financial staff and ensure that financial transactions are processed accurately and timely.

Manage the team and collaborate with heads of various financial departments, including Accounts Payable (AP Head), Accounts Receivable (AR Head), and Cost & Inventory Controller.

Work with the SAP system to maintain and analyze data.

Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget.

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Liaise with external auditors during audits and ensure any necessary findings are addressed.

Provide training and support to financial staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
