Job Title : FinancialForce PSA(Professional Services Automation) Consultant
Job Type : Contarct / Part - Time
Experience : 8 15 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with FinancialForce PSA.
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Dataloader.io).
- Proven experience in PSA implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Experience integrating FinancialForce PSA with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or FinancialForce ERP).
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or FinancialForce certifications preferred.
- Understanding of professional services business models, including resource planning and project accounting.
- Familiarity with Apex, Flow, or Declarative Automation.
- Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements for PSA implementations or enhancements.
- Configure FinancialForce PSA modules, including Projects, Resource Management, Billing, Timecards, and Expense Management.
- Integrate PSA with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to support business insights and automation.
- Stay current with FinancialForce product releases and Salesforce platform updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
