Finishes Site Engineer

We're looking for a Finishes Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the execution of interior finishing works on site. The role involves coordinating with contractors and site teams, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and detail.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working on commercial projects, with a strong understanding of fit-out and interior finishing works.

• 1–2 years of experience in finishing works, fit-out, or interior projects
• Previous experience in commercial projects is required
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and site execution
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings
• Good site coordination and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, suppliers, and project teams

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Practical site experience in interior finishing and fit-out works
• Good understanding of construction sequences and finishing details
• Ability to monitor site progress and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and required quality standards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously
• Commercial project experience is highly important for this role
