Handle the client and make approach to achieve our targets for contracts per year .
Make the design of each unit upon the client request and direction.
Supervise and coordinate all finishing works, including but not limited to plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling works, carpentry, joinery, and decorative elements
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and finishing schedules
Ensure finishing works meet the required quality standards and are executed according to the approved designs and materials
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update the project manager accordingly
Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Assist in resolving site issues related to finishes and suggest practical solutions
Participate in quality inspections and snagging procedures before handover
Monitor and manage materials stock to prevent delays or shortages
Ensure timely delivery and installation of all finishing components
Coordinate with procurement all parts for installation and delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience in finishing works or interior fit-out
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
Strong problem-solving and site supervision skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Knowledge of safety and environmental standards
Client-focused with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
