Job Summary
Mobco Group is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to lead and manage all finishing and fit-out activities for a prestigious high-rise project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in architectural finishes, interior fit-out works, quality control, and project delivery, ensuring that all finishing works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all finishing activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all finishing and fit-out activities across the project.
- Supervise architectural finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, painting, joinery, cladding, and decorative elements.
- Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of finishing activities.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and finishing details prior to execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure finishing works are completed in accordance with project milestones.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues affecting finishing works.
- Coordinate finishing activities with MEP and other disciplines to avoid conflicts and delays.
- Manage snagging, de-snagging, testing, and handover processes.
- Ensure proper resource allocation, productivity, and subcontractor performance management.
- Participate in project progress meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finishing, fit-out, and construction management.
- Proven experience managing finishing works on high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methodologies, and quality control procedures.
- Experience managing multiple finishing subcontractors and large site teams.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and finishing schedules.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience on large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use high-rise developments.
- Experience working with major contractors in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and finishing best practices.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
