Responsibilities
-To ensure the implementation of quality standards across all project phases by monitoring construction activities.
-Verifying compliance with approved specifications.
-Maintaining documentation in alignment with the company's Quality Management System.
-Ensuring that materials, workmanship, and processes meet required quality benchmarks and support continuous improvement.
-Ensure all executed works meet or exceed contractual requirements and quality standards.
-Verify the acceptable quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
-Issue Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Material Receiving Reports (MRRs) for delivered materials.
-Conduct monthly site visits and prepare comprehensive quality reports, tracking corrective and preventive actions.
-Ensure compliance with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
-Maintain compliance with company quality standards, policies, and Quality Management System (QMS).
-Conduct monthly technical seminars addressing project-specific activities, construction challenges, and best practices.
-Prepare real project case studies highlighting lessons learned to support continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in architectural quality control in large-scale construction projects.
Familiar with international quality standards (ISO 9001), local codes, and regulations.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
Good command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and quality management systems.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
