Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Finishing Sales Engineer. The Finishing Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting sales operations and providing technical solutions to customers. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, offering technical support, and effectively communicating technical specifications and solutions. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, identify customer needs, and provide innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales Engineering and Sales to effectively understand, present, and sell engineering products or solutions
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and solving technical issues for clients
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
• Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Relevant engineering degree or technical qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
