Finishing Site Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finishes Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site finishing works across our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all finishing activities are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Supervise and manage all finishing works on site, including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, and painting
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and progress
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of finishing activities
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues
• Review materials delivered to site and ensure they meet required standards
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and snag lists
• Collaborate with designers and technical teams to address on-site challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site standards

• 25 years of experience in finishing works within interior design, fit-out, or construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and detailing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills on site
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
