Fintech Onground Operations Supervisor

The supervisor will be responsible for managing several branches, ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly. This includes overseeing staff performance, coordinating activities among branches, and addressing any operational issues that may arise. Additionally, the supervisor will implement company policies and procedures, provide training and support to employees, and monitor inventory levels to maintain efficient workflows. Regular communication with branch managers will be essential to keep operations aligned and to foster a collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage multiple branches to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee staff performance and provide coaching when necessary.
• Coordinate activities and communication among various branches.
• Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to employees for operational excellence.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative environment through regular communication with branch managers.
• Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and operational metrics.

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

2-4 Years of Experience.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Experience in dealing with Google suits is a plus.

Experience in FinTech is a plus.

Experience in Retail operations.

Experience in Team leading.

Must have a car.
