FinTech Operations Coordinator (Warehouse Experience)

About the Role:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods. The role involves coordinating inventory movements, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting logistics team, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. The Warehouse Coordinator works closely with logistics, procurement, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment, efficient warehouse utilization, and smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do :

1. POSs Recycling and Activation.
2. POSs Maintenance Coordination.
3. After-sales Plan Assets preparation.
4. Assets Handover and Debrief.
5. Ground Couriers Assets Support.
6. Warehouse Stock Accuracy.
7. Retailer's Request validations.
8. Other PMT Operations Responsibilities.

What We're Looking For :

- Education: High Degree.

- Experience: 1-3 Years.

- Technical skills: (Excel, Google Sheets, Word).

- Operations Good Background.
