Role Overview
The Merchant Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, supporting them in daily payment operations, and ensuring continuous engagement and transaction growth on the Stryve platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard new merchants onto Stryve's platform
• Guide merchants through the payment setup and activation process
• Support merchants in daily payment operations and transactions
• Monitor transaction performance and usage levels
• Follow up regularly to ensure active engagement
• Resolve merchant issues in coordination with Operations & Finance
• Identify opportunities to increase transaction volume
• Maintain accurate merchant records using CRM
• Collect structured feedback and report insights to internal teams
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Merchant Support
Experience in FinTech, digital payments, or B2B platforms is highly preferred
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Proven sales experience
Ability to deliver effective presentations and conduct product demonstrations
Experience in training clients on products or services
Demonstrated success in sales management, business development and customer acquisition
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Fluent in English and Arabic
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
