Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Fire & Gas Supervisors / Team Leaders to lead maintenance teams, supervise Fire & Gas system activities, coordinate site operations, and ensure safe and efficient maintenance execution in Oil & Gas plants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise technicians performing Fire & Gas maintenance activities
• Review Cause & Effect drawings and ensure proper system operation
• Plan daily work schedules, manpower allocation, and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with operations, safety, and maintenance teams on site
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, PTW procedures, and plant standards
• Prepare reports, maintenance updates, and job completion records
• Troubleshoot major system issues and support team during breakdowns
Requirements
Requirements:
• Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or ITI Certificate in Instrumentation
• Minimum 6–8 years experience in Oil & Gas plants
• At least 3 years experience in Fire & Gas systems and supervisory level role
• Strong knowledge of Cause & Effect drawings and system logic
• Experience in coordinating all site maintenance activities for F&G systems
• Computer literate with ability to prepare reports and documentation
• Good communication and leadership skills
