Role Description
This is a part time role for a First Aid Trainer . The First Aid Trainer will be responsible for conducting first aid training sessions, creating engaging learning materials, and implementing Adult Learning Methodology. The trainer will also incorporate behavioral training to enhance participants mindsets towards safety.
Qualifications
- First Aid Training and Instruction skills
- Experience in developing and implementing safety training programs
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Methodology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals
- Relevant certifications in First Aid and Safety Training
- Experience in the health and safety industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Safety Management
