Role Description The First Line Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for leading and developing a team of sales representatives in the dermo-cosmetics market. This role includes planning and monitoring daily field activities, setting sales targets, and ensuring effective coverage of assigned territories and key accounts. The First Line Manager will coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support continuous skill development. The role involves coordinating with marketing and medical teams, overseeing implementation of promotional campaigns, and ensuring alignment with company strategies and compliance standards. The manager will also prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and recommend actions to drive sustainable growth and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and retail partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership, including coaching, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong sales and account management skills, with experience in field force supervision, territory planning, and target achievement.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, dermo-cosmetics, or related healthcare sectors, with understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in using Excel or CRM tools to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in sales or management are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Giza, travel within the region as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
