Job Responsbilities
- Coordinate first mile pickup operations and daily capacity planning
- Monitor and improve fill rate performance across merchants/sellers
- Coordinate with commercial teams on merchant onboarding and account setup
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting pickup efficiency
- Track and report on inbound performance metrics to stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience managing merchant/seller relationships is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
