Hiring Fish Factory Workers for Saudi Arabia.
Objective
Responsible for handling, cleaning, and preparing fish for processing, including sorting, filleting, and preparing fish for smoking. Ensures adherence to quality standards and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
Key Duties
- Inspect and sort whole fish by size and quality.
- Clean, scale, and fillet fish according to specifications.
- Salt fillets and transfer them to smoking equipment.
- Monitor and inspect the smoking process, ensuring product quality.
- Package, label, and store finished products securely and according to standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and hygiene protocols in the workspace.
Requirements
- Basic knife skills and experience with cutting tools.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work in a cooler environment.
- Attention to detail for quality control and product inspection.
- Packaging and labeling experience is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SAR 2500 (INR 56,000)
