Fit-Out Business Development Executive

About the Role

Town of Luxury is looking for a results-driven Fit-Out Business Development Executive with solid KSA &UAE market experience in interior fit-out and contracting.

This role is for a field-oriented business developer who already has relationships with consultants, Clients, and project stakeholders in the UAE and can actively generate RFQs and new project opportunities.

This is not an office or reporting role. This is a hunter role.

Key Responsibilities

Visiting consultants, Clients, and project sites on a daily basis to generate RFQs

Utilizing existing relationships in the UAE market to bring fit-out opportunities

Reviewing drawings and BOQs and coordinating with the estimation team

Attending technical and commercial meetings with clients and consultants

Following up on submitted quotations until project award

Expanding the company's network within the Dubai fit-out market

Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in interior fit-out / contracting

Existing relationships with Dubai Consultants and Clients is a MUST

Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out market and approval process

UAE Driving License is mandatory

• CRM experience is preferred

Candidates without fit-out experience or without Dubai market connections will NOT be considered.

What We Offer

Salary: AED 10,000 15,000
