About the Role
We are exclusively partnering with a prestigious, high-end property developer and contracting group (Confidential Client) to recruit an experienced Fit-Out Engineer. This role is dedicated to overseeing the flawless execution and premium finishing of ultra-luxury villa projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage and oversee the end-to-end fit-out lifecycle for luxury villa projects, ensuring all work meets exceptional quality standards.
- Site Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and specialized subcontractors to ensure the design intent is perfectly realized.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure premium materials and bespoke finishes are installed flawlessly and according to approved shop drawings.
- Timeline Management: Monitor daily site progress, mitigate any potential delays, and ensure the project is delivered strictly within the agreed timeline.
- Health & Safety: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Proven, hands-on experience as a Fit-Out Engineer specifically handling high-end, luxury villas or ultra-premium residential properties.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of bespoke joinery, premium finishes, marble/stone works, and complex MEP coordination.
- Availability:Must be immediately available to start. (Candidates with notice periods will not be considered for this specific requirement).
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
