Fit-out Manager / Interior Construction Manager – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We're working with a Tier 1 contractor in Saudi Arabia to find an experienced Fit-out Manager / Interior Construction Manager to take ownership of interior fit-out delivery across luxury hotel and high-end building projects in Jeddah.

You'll drive interior construction from planning through to handover — spanning guest accommodation, public spaces, F&B outlets, event areas and premium residential interiors — keeping quality, safety, programme and cost firmly on track while working closely with design, procurement, MEP and commercial teams, as well as clients and consultants.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar
• 10+ years leading interior fit-out and construction delivery
• A background in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, mixed-use or commercial developments
• Saudi/GCC experience strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of international hotel finishing standards

Note: 6-day working week, based in Jeddah.
