Position Overview:
The Fit out Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing high-end fitout works for luxury villa projects, ensuring all interiors are delivered with superior quality, precision, and within the agreed timelines and budget. The role requires close coordination with clients to achieve the desired luxury standards BG Group is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all stages of luxury villa fitout projects from design to handover.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Approve materials, finishes, and mock-ups in line with high-end villa standards.
- Identify and resolve design or site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Lead progress meetings and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
- Ensure all works meet company quality standards and local authority regulations.
- Manage project handover, ensuring snag lists are completed to client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- At least10 years of experience in fit out project management for luxury villa projects in the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and high-end finishing works.
- Proven track record in managing multiple villa fit out projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and related project management tools.
- UAE driving license preferred.
