Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fit Out Project Manager role based in Doha, Qatar. The Fit Out Project Manager will oversee end-to-end fit-out project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for luxury interior projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure design intent, materials, and workmanship meet agreed standards and timelines. The role involves managing site activities, supervising installation and finishing works, conducting inspections, and resolving technical or logistical issues that arise during execution. The Fit Out Project Manager will also monitor project progress, prepare reports, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management for fit-out or interior design projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong expediting capabilities, with experience as an expeditor and in expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Proficiency in logistics management, including coordination of shipments, site deliveries, and storage to support seamless project execution.
  • Experience in inspection and quality control, ensuring that workmanship, materials, and finishes meet project specifications and luxury standards.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fit-out project management within residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors, ideally in the Gulf region.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices, with a commitment to safe and ethical work practices.
