Fit-Out & Renovation Consultant (Sales)

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in high-end residential renovations, fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, and bespoke joinery. With an in-house technical team and joinery facility, we manage projects from design and approvals through execution and final handover. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and commercially focused Fit-Out & Renovation Consultant (Sales) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming renovation, fit-out, and joinery leads

• Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand project requirements

• Present Revive's services, portfolio, and proposals professionally

• Coordinate with estimation and design teams to develop client proposals

• Follow up consistently with leads and manage the sales pipeline

• Negotiate proposals and close projects

• Sell full renovation packages as well as standalone joinery works

• Build relationships with homeowners, designers, consultants, brokers, and other industry partners

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and partnerships

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Proven UAE sales experience in fit-out, renovation, interiors, joinery, kitchens, or related sectors

• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

• Experience dealing with residential and high-end clients is preferred

• Good understanding of fit-out, renovation, and joinery works

• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset

• Confident, professional, proactive, and persistent with follow-ups

• Existing network within Dubai's property, design, or interiors market is an advantage

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred
