Fit-Out Site Engineer

The Role

Full-time, on-site. You will supervise the execution of interior fit-out works and ensure they match the approved drawings, specifications, and the quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
• Execute works according to shop drawings: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes
• Coordinate interior works with MEP trades
• Inspect workmanship, and prepare and close snag lists before handover
• Track materials against approved samples, as well as progress and manpower
• Verify site measurements for subcontractor invoices
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports and plans for the project manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 2 years experience as a site engineer in interior fit-out, preferably high-end residential or retail
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and interior detailing
• Good command of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Clear communication with contractors, the design team, and clients
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
