Job Summary
The Fit-out Supervisor (Interior Finishes & Arrangements) is the key person responsible for overseeing the interior transformation of projects. This role ensures that all internal arrangements, aesthetic finishes, and interior designs are implemented with high precision, ensuring that the final indoor environment aligns perfectly with the architectural vision and luxury standards of Al Ramz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interior Arrangement Oversight: Supervise the execution of all interior elements, including custom joinery, wall treatments, flooring, and ceiling arrangements, ensuring they match the approved design layouts.
- Design-to-Site Coordination: Act as the bridge between interior designers and the site team, ensuring every aesthetic detailfrom material textures to spatial arrangementsis executed flawlessly.
- Material & Finishing Quality: Inspect all interior materials (marble, wood, paints, fabrics) to ensure they meet the project's quality benchmarks and are installed with master-level craftsmanship.
- Space Optimization: Ensure that all internal fixtures and arrangements are functional and visually balanced, identifying and resolving any spatial issues during the execution phase.
- Subcontractor Management (Specialized Trades): Lead and coordinate with specialized interior subcontractors (carpenters, painters, decorators) to ensure they follow the refined project schedule.
- Final Snagging & Aesthetics: Conduct rigorous final inspections to ensure every interior detail is move-in ready and free of any visual or functional defects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, Applied Arts, or Architectural Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience specializing in high-end interior fit-out projects and internal arrangements.
Technical Skills:
- Strong ability to visualize and interpret 3D interior designs and floor plans.
- Deep knowledge of interior finishing materials and modern installation techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a keen eye for interior lighting and color harmony.
Soft Skills:
