Fitness Director- Qatar

Location: Qatar

Salary: QAR 30,000 per month + single status package

Relocation: International candidates may be considered, with relocation support to Qatar provided.

We are working with a well-established group in Qatar seeking an experienced professional to join their team across its growing portfolio of fitness businesses.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within an international or premium consumer-facing environment, with a proven track record of managing teams, driving performance and delivering high standards across the business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior management, commercial or operations role within fitness.
• Experience within fitness or leisure is mandatory.
• Strong commercial understanding with a track record of achieving business objectives.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• International exposure and experience working within diverse, multicultural environments.
• Professional, polished and highly customer-focused approach.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently based internationally may be considered, with relocation to Qatar available for the right person.
