Fitness Instructor who will inspire guests and members through professional training, safe guidance, and exceptional service in a hospitality-focused fitness environment.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Conducting one-on-one and group fitness sessions for guests and members of all fitness levels.
- Designing safe, effective workout programs tailored to individual goals and needs.
- Leading group classes such as cardio, strength training, stretching, aerobics, or similar activities.
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and ensuring safe equipment usage.
- Motivating and encouraging members to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of fitness equipment and areas.
- Providing basic wellness and fitness guidance in line with professional standards.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Promoting fitness programs, classes, and health club services.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer, preferably in a hotel, health club, or gym environment.
- Recognized fitness certification (Personal Training, Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and motivational personality.
- Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises and workouts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
