Job Description:

• Deliver professional one-to-one and group fitness sessions for hotel guests and members, including gym instruction, functional training, stretching, mobility, and other fitness activities based on individual needs and fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and personalized exercise programs, monitor guest progress, demonstrate correct techniques, and ensure all activities are performed safely and professionally.
• Provide exceptional 5-star guest service, proactively engaging with guests, understanding their wellness goals, providing guidance, and creating a welcoming and motivating fitness environment.
• Maintain the fitness center, equipment, and training areas to luxury hotel standards while strictly following health, safety, hygiene, emergency, and hotel operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, or similar role; experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, premium fitness club, or high-end wellness facility is strongly preferred.
• Recognized Fitness/Personal Training certification from an accredited organization; additional certifications in areas such as group exercise, yoga, Pilates, swimming, or first aid/CPR are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fitness assessment, exercise programming, strength and conditioning, functional training, stretching, mobility, and safe use of gym equipment.
• Excellent English communication and guest-service skills, with a professional presentation, positive personality, confidence, and the ability to interact comfortably with an international luxury clientele
