Purpose of the Role

The Fitness Instructor is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging fitness environment while supporting members in achieving their health and wellness goals. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, providing fitness guidance, leading gym floor interactions, and ensuring the club maintains high operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional guidance and support to members on the gym floor.
• Conduct fitness inductions, equipment orientations, and basic fitness assessments.
• Support members in achieving their fitness goals through exercise advice and motivation.
• Build positive relationships with members to enhance engagement and retention.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming club atmosphere.
• Ensure all gym equipment is clean, safe, and operational at all times.
• Monitor member safety and promote safe exercise practices.
• Assist in promoting club programs, services, and membership initiatives.
• Complete required administrative tasks, member interactions, and operational checks.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
