Responsibilities and duties:
- Having a clear understanding of all the settings and tools available in the Trainer App and Client App
- Invest time in upskilling trainers in both soft and hard skills essential for their success.
- Improve and implement fitness programs as well as, analyzing and evaluating their effectiveness
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety guidelines.
- Being an effective player in managing member's relations and resolving complaints
- Monitoring and evaluating your trainer's performance.
- Implementing rules and processes to guarantee the efficient and effective functioning of the company.
- lay a key role in motivating and inspiring trainers to achieve their best performance and goals.
- Assist the trainers in day to day request:
- Establish a healthy and positive work environment with all the gym parties (Trainers, Sales representatives, Clients, Members, Gymnation community)
- Ensuring that the rules, policies and professional standards are followed:
- Having a clear understanding of the administration tasks on the back office, technology and package requests
- Planning and delivering team and 1 on 1 meetings for educational,recreational and wellbeing check in purpose
- Having a good communication with all departments in the company Analyzing data from Power BI to track the trainer's performance, as well as identify the strengths and the improvement areas
- Being responsible for the new sales and renewals, as well as for the client's feedback and satisfaction with the service
- Conducting training for the new joiners to ensure they are well informed about their duties and responsibilities on the site after the induction
- Ensure that all trainers are familiar with the technology and tablets usage
Candidate requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Personal Training management or business management.
- Education: Sports Management degree preferred (or related field)
- Must have: Professional License in Personal Training from the Saudi Ministry of Sports
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; strong presentation and client-facing skills.
- Leadership: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
- P&L understanding: Comfortable with revenue, costs, and margin basics.
- Sales background: Track record of meeting/exceeding targets in a fitness or services environment.
- Personal Training experience: Hands-on PT experience; ability to set and uphold coaching standards.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM/scheduling/POS and fitness apps; quick to learn new tools.
- Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends/holidays as needed.
- Nice to have: Recognized PT certification or diploma in physical education, experience in multi-site operations, and basic data/Excel skills.
