FITNESS MANAGER FEMALE

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Female Fitness Manager to lead our fitness department and Personal Training operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium or luxury fitness environments, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of developing high-performing Personal Trainers while driving PT revenue, member engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire fitness department and Personal Training operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing Personal Trainers.
• Build a strong PT culture focused on results, professionalism, retention, and exceptional member experience.
• Ensure all trainers consistently operate according to high-quality MyPT standards and systems.
• Drive PT revenue, member engagement, trainer productivity, and client retention.
• Monitor trainer KPIs, assessments, consultations, sessions, conversion, and overall performance.
• Work closely with the Club General Manager (CGM) on fitness strategy and business growth.
• Develop trainer education pathways, coaching systems, and operational SOPs.
• Maintain luxury-level standards in trainer presentation, communication, coaching, and member service.
• Manage fitness floor operations, class quality, member interaction, and departmental discipline.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to maximize PT conversion and enhance the overall member journey.
• Utilize MyPT Connect and digital systems for trainer performance tracking, scheduling, assessments, communication, and member engagement.
• Ensure consistency across gym operations, On-Demand services, and digital fitness experiences.
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Strong experience managing high-performing PT teams within premium or luxury fitness environments.
• A proven track record in PT sales, coaching, team leadership, and business development.
• The ability to identify, recruit, develop, and retain elite fitness talent.
• Strong knowledge of fitness business operations and member retention strategies.
• Strong leadership, managerial, communication, reporting, and team management capabilities.
• A deep understanding of service standards, trainer discipline, and member satisfaction.
• A tech-savvy mindset with experience using fitness apps, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and digital fitness platforms.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and high-accountability environment.
  
  

Preferred Background

• UAE/GCC fitness industry experience.
• Experience working in luxury clubs, premium gyms, PT-led facilities, or high-volume Personal Training environments.
• REPs, NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent recognized certifications.
• Experience managing multicultural fitness teams and working with premium clientele.
• Knowledge or experience in HYROX, Strength & Conditioning, Recovery, and performance-focused fitness models.
  
  

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary: AED 8,000 per month
• PTC: Per month 30 Maximum.
• Quarterly bonus based on overall KPI Performance.
