Fitness Manager Ladies Only Wellness Club

Job Location - Abu Dhabi

We're looking for a Branch Manager who can do more than manage the day-to-day — we're looking for someone who can lead, grow and take ownership of the club's success.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the fitness and wellness industry, enjoys working with people, and is equally comfortable managing operations, motivating a team and driving commercial results.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, boutique studios or health clubs
• Strong team leadership and people-management experience
• A commercial mindset with experience driving memberships, sales, revenue and retention
• Strong operational skills and the ability to keep the club running smoothly every day
• A proactive, energetic personality with a genuine passion for member experience and community building
• Confidence working with targets and turning them into practical actions
• Flexibility to be hands-on and support the club during peak operational periods

An added advantage:

Fitness or coaching qualifications, particularly experience in strength training, functional fitness or indoor cycling/ride classes.
