About the Job

The Fitness Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to beach club guests and members, ensuring a safe, engaging, and results-driven environment. This role focuses on personalized training, group classes, and promoting a healthy lifestyle aligned with the beach club's luxury and leisure experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to guest needs and fitness levels
• Lead group fitness classes such as yoga, HIIT, aqua fitness, stretching, or beach workouts
• Assess clients fitness levels, goals, and health conditions before designing programs
• Ensure proper use of gym and beach fitness equipment, maintaining safety standards at all times
• Actively engage with guests on the beach and poolside to promote fitness activities and services
• Provide guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and basic nutrition
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas, including outdoor workout spaces
• Monitor guest progress and provide ongoing motivation and support
• Support wellness events, beach activations, and fitness-themed activities
• Collaborate with other departments (Spa, Recreation, F&B) to enhance guest experience

About You

• Certification in Fitness Training (e.g., REPs, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
• CPR & First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Proven experience in a fitness or hospitality environment (beach club/resort preferred)
• Strong knowledge of various training methods and fitness trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, approachable, and service-oriented personality
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
