Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Fitout Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fitout projects to ensure they meet project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and oversee on-site construction activities.
• Experience in Budgeting and managing project finances to ensure cost-efficiency and adherence to allocated resources.
• Proficiency in Construction and Construction Safety practices to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Knowledge of Project Control to monitor and manage timelines, quality, and resources across all project phases.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders and guide the team to success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in managing fitout or construction projects, particularly in commercial or interior fitouts in Qatar is a must.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Qatar.
