Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of fixed income securities, including corporate bonds, government bonds, and mortgage-backed securities for valuation and risk assessment
Prepare detailed reports on findings that clearly articulate investment recommendations
Stay abreast of industry trends and newsflow to identify potential opportunities and threats
Monitor portfolios and provide timely updates on performance and changes in market conditions
Collaborate with other members of the research team to share ideas and best practices
Represent the firm at industry conferences and events
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field
4-7 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or similar role
Expertise in fixed income securities, including government bonds, corporate bonds, and mortgage-backed securities
In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis
Strong Excel skills proficiency in VBA a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English as working languages
